The SINO KA600 linear scale is known for its high precision, durability, and resistance to environmental factors such as dust, temperature variations, and vibrations. It is commonly used in conjunction with milling machines, lathes, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and other industrial equipment that require precise positioning or dimensional measurements.

Unlike incremental encoders that provide relative position information based on incremental changes in position, absolute optical angle encoders provide an absolute position value for every angular position within their range. This means that even if power is lost or the system is turned off, the encoder retains its position information and can provide it immediately upon power-up.
